The USA Cycling Masters Road National Championships is headed to Louisville, Kentucky, June 28 – July 4 with nearly 1,000 riders age 30 and above already registered to duke it out for national titles. Louisville welcomes the event for the second year in a row with a full seven days of competition in the road race, individual time trial, tandem time trial and criterium events.
Louisville’s Cherokee Park will host the first three days of competition with men’s and women’s road races being contested on a beautiful rolling course. The final three days of competition will be held on the infield of historic Churchill Downs, where riders will go head-to-head for some fast and furious criterium racing. The 2009 USA Cycling Masters Road National Championships will be in the books by the end of the day on July 4th, just in time for fireworks celebrations in downtown Louisville.
