Uh, actually it would help Contador's chances if the UCI revoked Astana's license, since Lance took most of the strong riders with him to Radioshack. Contador could then sign with a much stronger team.

I just love the whole ” . . . they don't want an Asian team in the Pro Tour . . . to beat European teams” quote. What a great propagandist line! How about, “We are pseudo-incompetant and it seems we can never get our act together”? Contador should get himself off this sinking ship as soon as possible.

astana shouldn't of screwed up. now it's catch-up for the rest of the year. If they want to overcome scrutiny they should show confidence in meeting the UCIs demands.
