Lennard meant the Airchecker by SKS, the German pump manufacturer.
Sold here:
http://www.google.com/products?q=sks+airchecker...

I've had an SKS pump for over 20 years now, still going strong.
As for Schwalbe, they recalled the last tires I bought from them. Never again!

PS - SKF is a bearing manuf. - easy to get confused!

If I inflate a tire to 110 at 4000ft, what will be the inside tire pressure at sea level? What formula does one use to find that information?

Wonderful! Finally someone with a brain that thinks rather than just read numbers and follow directions. But still, it is useful to use the gauge to set spare sets of wheels to the same "sweet spot" pressure

No matte what pressure the gauge reads, and no matter what gauge you are using, every tire is different and every course demands different pressures. So ultimately what matters is not an arbitrary number on a gauge, but the feel of the tire. To understand this takes trial and error, good pre-ride of your course, and a sensitive thumb. It is an art, not a science and no gauge will truly give the right pressure.
