Aren't you too busy stealing sponsors from your previous team to have time to train?

Based on being a frequent traveler as well, my coach and I built running into my base plan. Since you have a plan already, would it make sense to add 30 mins of running 1x/week to your normal routine and then swap days the week your traveling to run on those days when you're out of pocket. Not inclined to running myself, I found that 1-2 days/week of running a good off-season switch (once I got used to being sore in muscles used to spinning and not asphalt). That went away in <a week and once the weather improves here in PA and travel diminishes, I'll be back to riding and weights only during strength and racing phases. So the take home here is -- add running to your base pgm to allow you the flexibility when traveling.
