You know the guy — maybe you’ve been him — the guy who is already suited up, with tires pumped, waiting for the rest of the gang to get its act together?

Judging from a gallery Casey B. Gibson sent in from Team RadioShack’s training camp in Tucson, Lance Armstrong is That Guy when it comes to the team. We weren’t there, but Armstrong’s body English looks pretty clear.
