Just because the Spaniards are willing to turn a blind eye to any wrongdoings done by their riders doesn't mean they're squeaky clean. Bottom line is they have a blood bag w/ his DNA. The guy's guilty. Anyone else with such damning evidence from Operation Puerto has already been busted, but because Spain doesn't want to lose their star rider, they're letting him off the hook.
