Le Mevel wins Haut Var

Christophe Le Mevel (Française des Jeux) won the 42nd Tour du Haut Var on Sunday.
Le Mevel took the victory in the 200.7km second stage to snatch the overall win from Stage 1 winner Rinaldo Nocentini.
Pierrick Fedrigo (Bbox Bouygues Telecom) was second on the day with Bert De Waele (Landboukrediet) third.
Le Mevel won the overall in a tie on time with De Waele. Julie El Farés (Cofidis) rounded out the podium in third at five seconds back.
