Nocentini opens Haut Var with win

Rinaldo Nocentini (Ag2r-La Mondiale) won the first stage of the Tour du Haut Var on Saturday.
The Italian took the 175km stage in 3:58:53, three seconds ahead of Samuel Dumoulin (Cofidis). Bert De Waele (Landbouwkrediet-Colnago) finished third in the same time as Dumoulin.
Sunday’s second stage and final stage covers 200.7km from Draguignan to Montauroux.
