Kreuziger wins 2010 Giro di Sardegna

Liquigas’ Roman Kreuziger won the overall title at the Tour de Sardaigne (Giro di Sardegna) Saturday, four seconds ahead of RadioShack’s Chris Horner.

Alberto Loddo (Androni-Diquigiovanni) outsprinted Alessandro Petacchi (Lampre) in a charge to the line of the fifth and final stage of the race on the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. Petacchi had clearly recovered from the finish-area crash that knocked him out of contention for a stage win on Friday.
