There seems to be a lot of confusion about the use of aero helmets in collegiate b and c time trials. As a collegiate b rider from Clemson who rode in Florida this past weekend, I was told numerous times by officials that aero helmets were banned. That's why no one wore one. If helmets are allowed, as the excerpt above apparently says, it would be nice if the USAC officials were informed about it.
