I see this twitter time trial event as an entertainment gift to cycling and triathlon community. Doesn't even matter who was faster and by how much, if you are a pro and need to do long hours of hard training all by your self, a little show off here and there can help you simulate a short race effort while having a bit of fun the same time. At the end they both did a better ride as if they would do by them self, some of us enjoyed the video, others got something to talk about, everyone is happy

Awesome to read about. Chris is a great guy and a local on the bakery ride in the bay area. I have ridden with him on a few occasions and wish I was able to make that ride more often. Thanks for the article!

Bull Shit. This isn't news. This is a training tt by two guys prepping for racing season. The fact that one is a cyclist and one is a triathlete is irrelevant. You would need more information regarding their race goals and training plans to make this information useful.
