Sébastien Minard (Cofidis) dashed to victory in Tuesday’s Paris-Camembert in France.

Minard took the flowers ahead of breakaway companion Maxime Méderel in the 206.5km French semi-classic in Normandy. The pair crossed the line 24 seconds ahead of Laurent Mangel (Saur-Sojasun) with the main pack roaring across the tape more than nine minutes back.

A group of 20 riders pulled away early in the race and never looked back. Minard and Méderel attacked out of that group and stayed away to contest for the win.
