Aurelian Passeron and Morgan Kapp win at Superweek

One day after Bernie Sulzberger (Fly V Australia) kicked Superweek off with a win in Chicago, Aurelian Passeron (Garneau Club Chaussure) took the top step at the Geneva-Mill Race Cyclery Classic in Geneva, Illinois. Morgan Kapp (Herbalife Lagrange) kicked off the women’s events Saturday with a win over Kristen Meshberg (Flatlandia) and Missy Erickson (Nova Iscorp).

Kapp assumed the overall lead in the women’s omnium, while Carlos Ospina (Colombia National Team) took over in the men’s standings after finishing sixth and third in the first two days of racing.

Superweek continues Sunday in Homewood, Illinois, with the Homewood International Cycling Classic.
