Time is a wasting if you want to watch the documentary film “Ride The Divide” free in its entirety on YouTube.

The independent documentary, which won the “Best Adventure Film” at the 2010 Vail Film Festival, focuses on the world’s longest mountain bike race — the Tour Divide. The 2711-mile  route traverses the Continental Divide from Banff, Canada to the U.S./Mexico border.

Starting Friday, the”2711-Minute Free Ride” event will offer free, live streaming of the movie for 45.2 hours, or one minute for every mile in the Tour Divide route.

The filmmakers are partnering with Documentary Channel and LIVESTRONG to raise funds for the foundation via the national roll-out of “Ride The Divide.”  From now through LIVESTRONG Day on Saturday, Oct. 2, 50 percent of the proceeds from iTunes and DVD sales of the film will be donated to the charity.

Purchases must be made at, or through the iTunes store.
