Jason Sumner introduces Allen Lim and chef Biju Thomas, authors of “The Feed Zone Cookbook: Fast and Flavorful Food for Athletes,” in the first of six videos giving you hungry cyclists a sneak peek between the covers.
Subsequent videos will feature Lim explaining the “why” behind a breakfast dish, lunch dish, dinner dish, his famous rice cakes and beet juice. Thomas will provide a step-by-step demo on how to prepare each dish. And VeloNews.com will provide a downloadable PDF of each recipe, straight from the book.
So put down the leg razors and break out your sauté pans and rice cookers — it’s time to get cookin’.
