Kevin Pauwels, Katie Compton lead UCI cyclocross rankings

Kevin Pauwels (Sunweb-Revor) and Katie Compton (Rabobank-Giant) lead the UCI cyclocross rankings following the World Cup in Igorre, Spain.

Pauwels tops the list with 2,290 points. Sven Nys (Landbouwkrediet) sits second with 2,220, while world champion Zdenek Stybar (Quick Step) is third with 1,680.

Jeremy Powers (Rapha-Focus) is the top American, in 11th with 874 points.

Compton leads the women’s rankings with 1,900 points. Sanne Van Paassen (BrainWash) is second with 1,650 and world champion Marianne Vos (Nederland Bloeit) third with 1,610.

The next World Cup is December 18 in Namur.
