From flyovers to costumes, cyclocross can be outrageous in lots of ways. Junkyard Cross really takes it to the next level, though, with couch cushion sand pits and car tire barriers. Don’t even consider taking it seriously, however, at the risk of being ostracized.

This year’s Bilenky Junkyard Cross took place on December 18 in Philadelphia. The video put together from this year’s race is a prime example of just how outrageous cyclocross can be.
