Juarez, Mata take Pro UET series wins after 12 Hours of Snowmass

Riders gathered in Snowmass, Colorado to compete in the season’s final Pro Ultra Endurance Tour (UET) race, the 12 Hours of Snowmass.

Cannondale Factory racer David “Tinker” Juarez won all three of the Pro UET races he entered. His win on Saturday put him at the top of the men’s series standings with 180 points.

Monique “Pua” Mata of Team Sho-Air topped the women’s standings at 240 points after winning the season’s first four races. The series leader did not compete in Colorado.

Saturday’s women’s winner, Sari Anderson of Honey Stinger Trek, finished in third place in the Series, ten points behind Jessica Cerra of Cal Coast Bikes.

Eric Bostrom of Team Sho-Air-Specialized took second in Saturday’s race, bumping him into second overall over teammate Brendon Davids, who led the series going into the Snowmass race.
