GRUISSAN, France (AFP) — André Greipel (Lotto-Belisol) won the first stage of the 40th Tour Méditerranéen on Wednesday, topping Matteo Pelucchi (IAM Cycling) and Maxime Daniel (Sojasun) in a bunch sprint after 146km in Gruissan.
