USA Cycling announced the rosters for the 10 U.S.-registered Continental road teams for 2014 on Tuesday. The governing body also confirmed the four UCI-licensed women’s teams.

Of the 10 third-division men’s teams, 5-Hour Energy, Hincapie Sportswear Development, Jamis-Hagens Berman, Jelly Belly-Maxxis, Optum-Kelly Benefit Strategies, and SmartStop-Mountain Khakis return from 2013. The Axel Merckx-directed Bontrager team will take on new title sponsor Bissell, and three teams — Airgas, Astellas, and Champion System-Stan’s NoTubes — will make their professional debuts.

On the women’s side, world team time trial champion Specialized-lululemon headlines the U.S. squads, which also include Optum, Tibco-To The Top, and the new UnitedHealthcare team.
