Felt’s Edict single-pivot bike behaves like a linkage bike due to flex at the dropouts. When you remove the Edict’s shock, the bike springs to its sagged position; the frame does more of the work and the shock does less, so the rider is less dependent on the pedal-platform lever for anti-bob.
